A variety of traditional massage service and indulgent spa experiences. All services below are provided by the owner, Danielle in her home practice in Ladson, SC. *Allergen warning: I own two cats but they are NOT allowed access to the massage room
Swedish Massage 60 min/ 90 min /120 min
Traditional Swedish massage. A combination of slow rhythmic strokes and soothing light to medium pressure. Focus on either relaxation or pain relief. Or both!

Deep Tissue Massage 60 min/ 90 min /120 m
For women needing deeper pressure to relieve those tight knots. The use of palms, knuckles, elbows, and tools are used to achieve the deeper pressure. Traditional Swedish movements are also incorporated to provide relaxation and total body balance.
For experienced massage clients.
Therapeutic Massage 60 min/ 90 min /120 min
Focus is on areas needing special attention. Whether it may be an injury, chronic reoccurring pain, or sports and performance related. A variety of therapeutic techniques will be used to heal and restore.
She Spa Signature- Balancing Massage Journey 90min
Treat the body and spirit. An exclusive experience for women needing both balance and restoration. The East meets the West in this 90 minute healing retreat. A reset that incorporates traditional Swedish massage with energy balancing Reiki, gemstones, and sound therapy.
A foot cleansing ritual and treatment, an invigorating scalp massage, and a lifting facial massage are only part of this total body experience.

For the mother-to-be. Light to moderate pressure offer the relaxation and tension relief during this precious time. Swedish techniques and specialized bolstering are combined to accommodate your body.

10 minutes of pure scalp bliss. No worries of oil here. Only clean hands used.
Uplifting Facial Massage 10 min
NON-comedogenic (doesn't clog pores) 100% Argan oil is used with lymphatic drainage techniques. Ease tension and stimulate circulation. Great for sinus pressure relief, facial swelling and fluid retention/puffiness.
Rejuvenating Foot Treatment 15 min
An invigorating foot scrub polishes away rough skin and smooths calluses. Following is a deep moisturizing mask to further soften and soothe. A layer of an indulgent hydrating cream is applied for the final touch.
Deep Conditioning Scalp Treatment 10 min
A warm cascade of luxury nourishing oil is applied to the scalp. Hands and gua sha combs are used to massage this treatment in for long-lasting moisture.
This is a leave in treatment to be washed out and enjoyed further at home.
Dry Brush 15 min
This total body treatment stimulates circulation and promotes lymphatic drainage. Exfoliation and relaxation are added benefits.
CBD
Premium THC-free CBD cream or oil is used to boost pain relief of sore muscles.

My Beginnings
The She Spa was created for women to experience the powerful physical and mental benefits of massage in a haven of security and safety.
My Philosophy
We believe that ALL women are to be celebrated, in ANY of our beautiful forms. We fully embrace women supporting other women. We do so by providing massage services for a woman's needs that are understood by a woman's experience.
Our Future
Though currently small, She Spa has an ultimate goal of becoming the premier destination for women's spa services. We plan on empowering more women not only through services but through employment as well.
